By accessing or using the ISLOFT platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

ISLOFT reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The ISLOFT platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on this platform without prior written consent.

You agree not to use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable or impair the service, or that violates any applicable law or regulation.

All bookings made through ISLOFT are subject to separate booking terms provided at the time of reservation. Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking.

ISLOFT acts as an agent on behalf of property owners and experience operators. All contractual relationships for accommodation and experiences are between the guest and the relevant operator, subject to the operator's terms.

ISLOFT membership is offered by invitation following application review. Acceptance is at ISLOFT's sole discretion. Membership fees are non-refundable once the membership year has commenced.

Members agree to maintain confidentiality regarding off-market property information and other exclusive content shared through the membership programme.

All content on this platform — including text, photography, design, code and brand elements — is the intellectual property of ISLOFT or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Nothing on this platform grants any licence or right to use any ISLOFT trademark, trade name or brand identity without prior written consent.

ISLOFT makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any content on this platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISLOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform or from any booking, experience or commission arranged through it.

These terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
